Delete your account & data
How to delete your Well Rhythm account and the data associated with it on our servers. You can delete in-app anytime. If you can't use the app (uninstalled, can't sign in), request deletion from this page.
On our servers: your account (email), subscription status, and the end-to-end encrypted data used for sharing (pairing).
On your device: health records (condition, cycle, basal temperature, diary) are stored encrypted on your device, not on our servers. Remove them with the app's "Delete all data" or by uninstalling.
① Server account: Settings › Account › Delete account
② On-device data: Settings › Privacy & data › Delete all data
To verify your email, we'll send a 6-digit confirmation code. Enter it to request deletion. To prevent abuse, we verify the request and delete 14 days later (it can be canceled before then).
If this doesn't work, email support@well-rhythm.com from your registered address and we'll handle it manually.
